blue sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. Partially faceted Sapphire (by my husband). I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 18k gold using the lost wax casting process. This one of a kind gemstone ring is a size 7 and it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 15mm x 7mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 3mm. The band is close to 3mm wide.
