I made this dugout board to assist with my son's tee-ball team. The batting order is in Velcro to easily adjust and the player of the week is laminated so the kids can write with a dry erase marker from week to week. The visual of the field really helped them know their positions.

Young boys and girls begin to get involved in organized baseball between the ages of 4 and 5. At this age, they know little or nothing about the game of baseball. When they watch players running around the field, hitting fielding, throwing and running, there is a spark of interest in them because it looks like a lot of fun. Coaches can develop the necessary skills in their young players by doing these 8 incredibly fun tee ball drills with their novices.
