Tuesday, Pig ‘n a Poke! In Mystery Spot, the guys are stuck in a loop of Tuesdays in which Dean consistently does two things – orders the diner’s Tuesday breakfast special…and dies. You can hardly blame Dean for getting excited over this dish. Yes, it’s entirely fun to say Pig ‘n a Poke, but it’s even more fun to enjoy savory breakfast sausage wrapped in a pancake blanket. It’ll make you wish every day was Tuesday.

My mother used to make this for dinner in the 1940's, but I think it's probably supposed to really be for breakfast.(She also made waffles for dinner, so what did I know!) It's kind of like a pop-over. We used to put butter and maple syrup on it.
