To make it even easier, you can even buy edamame that’s already shelled. It’s super customizable too, now I want to make a spicy version. Edamame has 17g protein per cup it’s insane. Recipe: 1. Preheat your oven to 425 F. Take your edamame out of the shell and add it to a parchment lined baking sheet. 2. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Drizzle on 1 tbsp soy sauce. Bake until crispy, probably 20-30 mins (check and flip halfway). Yum yum yummy! The fact that it also makes a very Healthy Snack Edamame is a major bonus point I am happy to collect (very high in fiber and protein, great for weight loss)! The fact that it can take on many different flavors so well makes it even better and fun to play with.
