Assemble 5-6 garlands to desired length making sure to follow same formula so they are almost exactly same length. 2. Attach them to a sturdy pipe & drape stand by using 260Q balloons. 3. Close gaps using 260Q balloons by tying them closer together. 4. Accent your wall to your liking; with 5in, 18in & 24in or signage. 5. Making your own is definitely doable but it can get really expensive quickly because of the props you'll need as well as the balloons coming more in bulk quanties and the needing a color and size variety to make the garland.
