Shikha Joshi on Instagram: "For the last few months I have been experimenting with building layers of wild clay slips and glazes and firing them multiple times in my electric kiln in an attempt to create a look of rocks near a water source complete with algae and the sheen of wetness. It has been extremely challenging, with lots and lots of failures. Here are a few that I am happy with, headed to the @texasclayfestival this weekend. All these pieces are totally one of a kind.
