The secret ingredient was Kewpie Mayo 😄 Ingredients • 1 pack of shin ramyun / any instant noodles • 1 tbsp of butter • 3 cloves of garlic minced • 1 tbsp of soya sauce • 1 tbsp of brown sugar • 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes • ⅕ tbsp of Kewpie Mayo Garnish • 1 egg yolks • spring onions • sesame seeds • Fried spam steps • cook the ramen to AI dente for 3 min • melt some butter to the pan over low heat. • add garlic, soya sauce, ramen seasoning, brown sugar, red chilli flakes. • stir fry the sauce until fragrant. • add ramen back to the pan and spring onions. Mix until everything is coated with the sauce. • add more spring onions and Kewpie Mayo. • give it a final mix. • serve with fried spam, egg yolks and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
