"Tipsy" is the first single off of American rapper J-Kwon's debut studio album Hood Hop. The song was released on April 6, 2004. The song was able to make it to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100.[1] it is J-Kwon's most well known song.

A music video for the song was released. It opens with a shot of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. The rest of the video features J-Kwon hosting a house party with everyone partying. It ends with a reference to the 1983 movie Risky Business and J-Kwon getting caught by his parents the day after.
