Fire engine

On Fire engine there has been an ongoing issue. An IP has been going thru the article for some time now removing links and typing with a heavy shift key. There have been other issue such as rather than examples of included gear on each variant they need to include the entire inventory. They are Pretty Much Capitalizing every Noun They see. Multiple users and the bot have taken turns reverting the changes but this has been dragging on for some time now. Partial protection may be needed for a spell. Looks like they just moved over to firefighter, You can also see their hand (via quacking) at many of the other emergency service related article such as ambulance. Did you know ambulance take people to hospital? and they take people to hospital? Oh, they also take People To Hospital. They so seem to have issues with Hospitals as links are apparently evil.. Just pointing out: A google search of "Disney's Heart Blue Rose Out Kids Saturday Morning" => top 3 results 2x fandom. the edit here. There is no evidence that this is not a complete hoax. Many of the individual series are old Canadian programs which tend to be the targets for the vandal adding fake programs to the various lists of children's shows. Empty "other websites" sections

Merge needed

Indigenous People of Biafra Worldwide needs to be merged into Indigenous People of Biafra so the whole lot can be c/e. cleaned up. wikified, etc at the matching en. title.

Bulk copy-paster

IP user at Special:Contributions/208.168.231.42 bulk created dozens of articles. The first half dozen or so I checked are all just copies of excerpts of EnWP. I think Sundar Pichai should be protected again. It was originally protected until January, but was deleted and selected revisions were restored, to hide the vandalism. Revisiting UKRTELNET block evaders

I previously reported IP block evaders from this ISP, where their activities can be found at pages related to Microsoft Windows, and admin templates imported from enwiki (and their relevant RFDs). This report has been handled by Fehufanga (see here). I recently found another IP with similar interest (Microsoft Windows), and enwiki admin template imports (Template:Do not move to Commons etc.). I previously changed pages on Wikipedia 6 months ago. I see IPs you previously reported were both globally locked for a month. I don't know anything about those IPs. I recently reviewed their contributions and noticed that one of IPs your are talking about, 178.94.181.131 post an unblock request 2 months ago, saying that there was no block evasion. 46.200.83.77 was blocked for 31 hours for block evasion, and later was globally locked for a month. 37.52.240.23 (talk) 11:39, 29 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Recent reactivation of horror film LTAs

The horror film LTA that I'm talking is Special:Contributions/152.86.164.35 (block log, previously blocked by 6 different admins including Ferien, Eptalon, IWI etc.). Recently, same kind of action has been found at special:diff/9150139 from the same IP. Then I found special:diff/9159178, different range but same area and same page. Request protection for Genshin Impact

Persistent disruptive editing from socks and IP users. This situation has been ongoing for a long time. Can this page be protected for a short period of time?

Furthermore, there have been multiple similar users before, such as User:HualinXMN7 and User:HualinXMN2. Unfortunately, User:HualinXMN5 continues to vandalizing & harassing others. I'm more inclined to believe it's the related user creating a group of puppets for disruptive purposes, as it's very hard to imagine someone else consistently impersonating this user.
