Fosforilaza kinaza (EC 2.7.11.19, defosfofosforilazna kinaza, fosforilazna kinaza (fosforilacija), glikogen fosforilazna kinaza, fosforilazna b kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:fosforilaza-b fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
