Koagulacioni faktor Xa (EC 3.4.21.6, trombokinaza, protrombaza, protrombinaza, aktivirani krvno-koagulacioni faktor X, autoprotrombinska C, tromboplastin, plazmični tromboplastin, faktor Xa, aktivirani Stjuart-Prauer faktor, aktivirani faktor X) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selektivno razlaganje Arg-Thr i zatim Arg-Ile veza u protrombinu čime se formira trombin
Ovaj krvno koagulacioni faktor se formira iz proenzima faktor X putem ograničene proteolize.
