Trehalaza (EC 3.2.1.28, Alpha,alpha-trehalase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa,alfa-trehaloza glukohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- alfa,alfa-trehaloza + H2O beta-D-glukoza + alfa-D-glukoza
Ovaj enzim je anomer-invertujuće glukozidaze koja katalizuje hidrolizu alfa-glukozidne O-veze alfa,alfa-trehaloze.
