I believe this was a wedding dress back in the 70's The fabric is a very pale teal blue, it is a light cotton blend. And it is LAYERS! This is a very full dress, three layers of ruffles waves sporting lace insets and trim. It has a very victorian feel and style. Longe cuffs, high neck buttons. But it also reminds me of Jessica. McClintock style dresses of the same period. Think Little house on the Prairie. Which was set in the west, in the victorian era. So this all makes sense. The dress has a couple very small, dots of "stuff", They is ALOT of fabric in this dress. You could lose your car keys in it. 2WD length 63, Chest 34, waist 29 Measurements are taken flat and should be considered close or appropriate.
