In honour of Artemis, Goddess of the wilds and Goddess of the moon. She who wears the crescent moon crown. The Artemis ring features a bright silver crescent moon framed by a swirling wisp of natural textures. The ring band is designed to resemble a branch or vine like pattern, but could also be interpreted as clouds stretching out to envelope the moon. The ring is made in sterling silver and has been oxidized to a dark patina and then lightly polished to highlight all the intricate details and textures. The crescent moon is polished brightly so it stands out against the ring band. The ring can worn with the crescent moon facing in either direction and can be corresponded to the lunar phases. This design can also be worn as a set of two rings, with one ring worn on either side of another ring in the middle like the triple goddess symbol. This ring comes in two options and can be made with a thick or a thin ring band depending on your preference. The thin ring band is suitable for most ring sizes, for larger ring sizes we recommend the thick ring band. -RING SIZING- Your ring will be custom made to whatever ring size you require. To find your ring size we advise that you visit a local jewelry store to have your finger measured as this will give the most accurate result. This ring is also available with gemstones. ABOUT OUR JEWELRY: All items of Black Cat Bone jewelry are produced using the ancient Goldsmithing technique of 'lost wax casting'. We first produce the wax designs from our studio and then our production partners at a local family run casting foundry will cast the designs into metal. From there each piece is carefully worked through a series of stages resembling some sort of Alchemical ritual, the result is a bespoke and one of a kind piece that will have its own individual charm and variations in surface textures that reflect the uniqueness of its new wearer.
