Yellow dresser

This beautiful dresser painted in mustard yellow milk paint did not wait long to find it's way to a new home. The shape, the colour and the mix and match of old and new hardware made it a winning combination. Fun fact about milk paint is that once the piece is painted the paint itself does all the distressing. My input in achieving this aged look was minimal. This dresser makes me happy just thinking about it. Bright colour will make it look like summer is in the room all year round. I could not decide what knobs to pair it with and went for the hand painted option. I bought the plain wooden knobs and Lowe's, takes off random triangles and painted them each in a different colour.
