Many, many, many years ago, when I was a very young mischievous boy, Willoughby was a favorite stomping ground of mine. My parents Honeymoon in July-August 1939. Their 1938 Dodge is shown here outside their Tourist Cabin near Willoughby Ohio

This photo shows my Mother sitting on her luggage outside their Tourist Cabin east of Willoughby Ohio. My parents were Married on the 28th of July 1939 and this is day 3 of their Honeymoon. They crossed out of Canada at Detroit and spent a week driving in their 1938 Dodge Sedan. They travelled along the southern coast of Lake Erie, staying their first night at the Murphy Hotel in Mount Clemens, Michigan. From there overnights at Sandusky, Willoughby, Erie Pa, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Toronto…
