I was bored. My parents have chickens. I apologize for nothing.

I do know the story to this one, but will not go into detail to protect the identitiy of the owner. What I can say is that the city council asked the owner to take it down. However, after many years of debate, it was finally agreed to leave the roof as it was. By this time of course, the site was well know and the person who constructed it too.
