Palak Dhokla Recipe 

Ingredients 
➡️ For Dhokla
Spinach 1.5 Cups
Suji 1 Cup
Dahi 1 Cup
Salt to taste 
Green Chilli 1
Ginger 1/2 Inch
Eno Fruit Salt 1 Sachet 
Red Chilli 1tsp
➡️ For Tadka
Oil 2tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1tbsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Sesame Seeds 1tbsp
Curry Leaves 10
Green Chilli 2
Steps
➡️ In a blending jar add balanced spinach along with suji, green chilli , ginger & Curd. 
➡️ Transfer the Puree in a mixing bowl. 
➡️ Rest the batter 30 mins.
➡️ Add salt and mix it well.
➡️ Keep the steamer ready. Add eno and give it a quick mix. Immediately transfer to the plate or tin and steam for 25 mins on low to medium flame.
➡️ Let it cool for 10 mins. Then add tadka and serve with your fav Chutney or dip.
