Palak Moong Dosa!!! “Green Goodness”

I have also named this healthy Dosa as “Green Goodness” because it has health benefits of both Spinach and Moong daal. This dosa is both protein & fiber rich. Specially to kids you can give this green dosa and they won’t even know what’s its made of 😃😃. 
This dosa recipe doesn’t need any fermentation. Just soak green moong daal 1 hr before & rest just grind all the ingredients. 

Checkout the below recipe. 
Recipe:

1. Soak 1 cup split moong daal for 1 Hr. 
2. In grinder, add soaked daal, spinach - 1 cup & leftover rice - 1/2 cup
3. Also add ginger, garlic, green chillies
4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Cumin - 1 tsp

Add if needed . ❤️Recipe for Chutney - Heat oil - add jeera - urad dal - chana dal - curry leaves - garlic - red chilli and sauté them well. Then add onion and sauté till golden pink in Color. Plus I have added spinach leaves to sneak in some greens into the dosa plus i love the brilliant color 💚  Adding grated carrots, onions & green chilies like in the video is optional, it tastes great plain too.  Best combo with pesarattu is upma, fresh ginger chutney (recipe coming soon!)and I love some jaggery also along with that.  1/2 cup Bajra (barnyard millet) 1 cup whole green moong  a handful spinach leaves & coriander leaves 2 green chilies 1 teaspoon ginger chopped salt to taste  Wash the moong dal & bajra thoroughly then soak for 4-5 hours or overnight Then grind in the juicer jar of a mixie along with spinach, coriander, green chilies & ginger Pesarattu Dosa, Pesarattu Recipe, Ginger Chutney Recipe, Breakfast Recipes Kids, Ginger Chutney, Moong Dal, Chutney Recipe, Food Carving, Spinach Leaves
