Add if needed . ❤️Recipe for Chutney - Heat oil - add jeera - urad dal - chana dal - curry leaves - garlic - red chilli and sauté them well. Then add onion and sauté till golden pink in Color. Grind this all by adding little water in a proper chutney  . ❤️Dosa recipe - take the moong batter spread it evenly on your dosa tawa. Add the chutney in top with ghee and spread all over the dosa and add paneer or cheese over it and ready to be served . . Ingredients- 
Moong dal 2 katori, Rice 2 katori (1:1) Replacing urad dal with moong dal makes the recipe healthy and easy to digest.

Soaked overnight(8 hrs), ground, and mixed nicely. Keep it for 4-5 hours to ferment naturally. 

For the masala - 
Oil 2 tsp, Mustard 1 tsp, Chana dal 2 tsp, Curry leaves

Onion 2 large sliced, Peas 50 gm

Salt 2 tsp, red chilli 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp, Sambhar masala 2 tsp

Boiled potato 6-7 medium, water 1/2 cup

I am using - 
Peetal/Brass tawa from Ptal.in @p_tal.in 

Add 2 tbsp dosa batter and spread evenly

Add chopped onion and ghee
Most wonderful dosa is ready in minutes 😍
