I made this for a friend to give to her 'second' mother - an honour for me. I used the MS punches for the white panel, and popped it up with foam tape. I put the centre white panel on to BB and PP with tiny borders. Added lace and ribbon and secured to the punched panel. Today my mother celebrates her 90th birthday! Her mother, my grandmother, lived to be 100. Hopefully, this pandemic will have run its course and we will be able to have a huge party for Mom's 100th. I did make her this special birthday card. The card base is a white shimmer card stock.
