The brief was to transform a dark five-bedroom Edwardian detached house into a colourful, light free-flowing family home.

When this couple finally came across this three-bedroom 1930s semi-detached property in Wednesbury, after searching all over the West Midlands, they knew they had found the perfect location.

We reimagined this period home by extending the 1930s house to the side, rear and at roof level.

Intensive care nurse Reese and his partner Paul bought the three-bedroom property in south east London for £400,000 in 2016 and have spent the last five years transforming the property.
