The knowledge obtained through these years have gave me tools to understand adaptive responses of ruminants in a nutritional challenging environment and/or nutritional interventions that may help to work in the field of production animal physiology, with special responsibility for nutrition and metabolism related to lactation and lipogenesis. Taken together, my research line is in the interface between ruminant nutrition and product quality.
