In my role as the Nurse Coordinator and Sr. Analyst within the CT Newborn Screening Network, I collaborate with specialty care teams to design and build patient registries, dashboards, and other population health tools. My responsibilities include coaching care teams on the use of population health tools and ensuring patients on the LTFU registries are connected to necessary services.
