REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE
Register on or before November 14, 2025 for best value. Rates increase after this date.
How can I become a member of ACM, IEEE, or SIGHPC?
Attendees who are members of ACM, IEEE, or SIGHPC, the sponsoring associations of the SC Conference Series, pay discounted registration fees. Visit the membership pages of ACM, IEEE, or SIGHPC for membership information and online applications.
What are the qualifications to register as a Retired Member?
To qualify as a Retired Member, you must be at least 65 years old and either an ACM, IEEE, or SIGHPC member.
Where do I pick up my badge and what credentials do I need to show?
You can pick up your badge at SC25 Registration located in Rooms 100–106 of the America’s Center. Badges must be picked up by the registrant. No badges will be released to a representative for the registrant. A photo ID (i.e. driver’s license or passport) is required to be shown before the badge is released. No badges will be mailed in advance of SC.
What does the Technical Program registration include?
The Technical Program (Sunday–Friday) fee includes admission to most Program sessions, Workshops, Exhibits, Grand Opening Gala Reception, Technical Program Reception (Technical Program badge OR event ticket, and government-issued ID required for entry), and one copy of the SC proceedings. Tutorials are not included with the Technical Program registration.
What are the Tutorials registration options?
The Tutorials fee includes admission to any of the tutorials offered on the selected day for a one-day pass, or to any tutorials on both days for a two-day pass. The fee also includes a set of tutorial notes for download, and lunch and breaks on the day(s) registered. Please note there is no half-day Tutorials option or hard-copy notes option.
What are the Workshops registration options?
Registration for Technical Program now gives you access to all three days of Workshops. You no longer need to add Workshops to your Technical Program registration. You may also choose to register for Workshops Only. The Workshops Only registration includes the workshops on Sunday, Monday, and Friday. It does NOT include access to the Exhibits, but you may combine a Workshops Only registration with other registration options (Exhibits Only, Tutorials) in order to gain access to the Exhibits.
Are any meals included with my registration?
Lunch is provided for those who register for Tutorials. No other meals are included.
Are there any coffee breaks?
Coffee breaks are provided for all Technical Program activities.
As an in-person attendee can I access the Digital Experience?
Yes! All in-person registrations include access to the Digital Experience per what’s included in each registration category.
What are the qualifications to register as a student?
To register as a student you must provide a current student ID on-site.
What’s included with the Digital Experience?
Generally, the offerings included if you choose to attend virtually are the same as for an in-person registration, as most programs and events will be live-streamed and/or available on-demand in the Digital Experience, with a few exceptions. Please review the “What You Get” matrix on this page for those inclusions and exceptions.
Can I participate remotely in Tutorials?
Yes. All tutorials will be available in the Digital Experience. They will be live-streamed, and will appear as on-demand sessions 24 hours after the in-person session completes. With your Tutorials registration you’ll also have access to the Keynote, Panels (Friday only), the HPC Creates Plenary, and electronic access to all tutorial notes. You will not have access to the Tutorials Lunch.
Is there a Digital Experience option for Workshops?
There is! Please register for Technical Program/Digital Experience, which includes remote access to all workshops.
Will the Digital Experience support Exhibits?
No. There will be no virtual exhibit booths.
What are the registration options for exhibitors?
There are two types of exhibitors: research and industry. The number of booth staff badges granted depends on the type of exhibitor and the size of the booth.
Industry Exhibitors
One complimentary Technical Program badge per booth (no matter the size of the booth), and six complimentary exhibit booth personnel badges for each 10-by-10-foot booth. The fee for additional personnel is $200 per person.
Fifteen Exhibit Hall Only guest passes for each 10-by-10-foot booth. These passes are intended for exhibitor clients only (not for exhibitor staff). Guest passes are good for all three days. Each person invited comes out of the allotment. Exhibitor guests have access to the exhibit hall only when it is open to the public.
Research Exhibitors
Research exhibitors receive no complimentary personnel badges; the fee is $200 per badge. This fee is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased.
Exhibitor Attendees
An exhibitor who wishes to also attend the conference must register as an attendee and pay the applicable registration fee. The $200 over-allotment fee for personnel badges is waived for each Technical Program registration purchased. Exhibitors can register using the Exhibitor Registration link at the bottom of this page, selecting the exhibiting company they are affiliated with from the dropdown menu. The exhibitor attendee will be added to the exhibiting booth upon approval from the designated exhibitor contact (the “booth boss”).
Exhibitor Guests
The designated exhibitor contact (“booth boss”) may register their guests for the conference using the Exhibitor Registration link at the bottom of this page. Exhibitor guests cannot register themselves online in advance. Exhibitor guests wishing to register on-site need approval from the booth boss.
Where can I find my exhibitor ID?
The exhibitor ID will be emailed to the designated exhibitor contact.
Where do I pick up my exhibitor badge?
Exhibitor badges can be picked up on-site at the registration desk.
Who do I notify if our booth manager has changed?
Please contact Hall-Erickson (SC Exhibits Management) to notify them of any changes to the booth manager.
I need a visa in order to attend the conference. Where can I find information for my visa application?
See the Visa Applications page for information about visas.
Can my child attend the conference?
All minors (children under age 18) must be registered at the Special Assistance desk in the registration area. Access policies differ according to the age of the child and the particular conference venue involved.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the exhibit hall, except during Family Day (Wednesday, November 19, 4–6 pm). They must be accompanied by their parent at all times. All family members must be registered and badged, but no fee is charged during that period. Infants 6 months and older may be brought into all conference sessions.
Children ages 12–16 are permitted inside the exhibit hall, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times and have their own Exhibits Only pass. No children under 16 years of age may be in the Exhibits Hall during set-up or tear-down. View our full policies and procedures on the Family Resources page.
Child care services are available in the convention center to registered attendees and exhibitors. For a small fee, children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years may participate.
Do you offer any group discounts?
We do not offer group discounts.
As a student volunteer, do I receive any discounts?
Student volunteers receive a reduced rate for registration for the Technical Program. You will be emailed a link and the promo code for the discount.
Do you accept wire transfers? Who covers the bank fees?
We do accept wire transfers. The registrant is responsible for any bank fees.
What is the cancellation policy? Will I receive a refund?

Amounts less than $50 will not be refunded.
If the cancellation is due to a visa being denied, the registrant must provide a copy of the denial letter with their cancellation request.
Credit card refunds are reviewed once a week while registration is open; they can take up to 10 days to process. Check refunds are processed approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the conference. Wire payments are refunded by check six to eight weeks after the conference.
