All bracelets are made from premium miyuki delica glass see beads, on a stretch cord. Choose your own size. To measure, measure wrist with string (not over wrist bone). I like to add 1/2" to my size so they have some room to move, however are not falling off my hand, or way up my arm. For example, my wrist measure 5.75", so my bracelet size is 6.25".
