Vintage Upcycled Dress Made from an Antique Victorian Petticoat

This beautiful summer sundress was made out of an upcycled Victorian or Edwardian era petticoat. I am not sure when the dress was made (1990s or early y2k is my best guess) but it's stunning. Antique petticoats have the most beautiful ruffles and lace trims -- and this one is no exception! Fits most similarly to a modern S. Please review measurements below. Measurements Top opening (originally the waist, now for the arms and head to go through): 33 inches Bust: 39 inches Length (not including straps): 35 inches Condition: Overall good vintage condition.
