Ingredients for the base: 90 g pureed lotus biscuits - 40g melted butter. Ingredients for the cream: 275g cream cheese (double cream) - 75ml whipped cream - 1 packet vanilla sugar - 40g powdered sugar - 20g cornstarch - 2 eggs - 1 teaspoon butter for greasing the baking pan. Topping: 1/2 glass of lotus cream - Lotus cookies. Preparation: Preheat oven to 125 degrees O/U - Cook the base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes - As soon as the biscuit base is ready, grease the sides lightly with butter and add the cream, then bake for another 60 minutes - Let the cheesecake rest after baking for 30 minutes - Tip: To avoid cracks, place a dish filled with water under the cheesecake in the oven - Always dip the knife in hot water before cutting - Recipe by @hennatutorials9562

Desserts

Ingredients: 400g lamb mince - 1 onion finely chopped - 2 tbsp harissa - ¼ tsp ground ginger - Half tsp ground cinnamon - Half tsp ground cumin - Salt and pepper to season - 2 tbsp chopped coriander - 1/4 cup - breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp olive oil - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 egg beaten and poppy seeds to sprinkle over rolls before baking - Shortcrust pastry (either homemade or shop bought) - Combine all of the filling ingredients minus the egg and form a long sausage shape. Place along the pastry and roll. Cut into 7-8 pieces and brush over with egg. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for 20 mins at 180C. Recipe by @dunyabakes
