Using acetate in card making

Good evening, today’s card is the first from my class last week using acetate. There are several types/thickness of acetate. Just make sure if you want to use embossing powder on some it’s heat resistant ( it should say on package ). This acetate was quite thick and I wanted to emboss it with a embossing folder. It worked really well, the folder was Falling Snow from Creative Expressions and it’s 8”x8” so you need an A4 machine . Crafts too do a smaller Snow embossing folder if you don’t…

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers - Birthday Challenge. This is always an anything goes challenge as long as the theme is birthday. I saw a card similar to this one on Pinterest and wanted to try it myself. I cut the card base approx. halfway down and also cut a narrow piece for the bottom.
