I know the free weights and barbell can be a bit intimidating at first, but if you want to get the most out of your workout while staying in one spot, this full lower body Smith machine routine might be just what you need! I know the last exercise can feel a little tricky, but if you keep your core engaged and shoulders up, you can do it!
