Easy and delicious 

1. 8-10 cloves garlic chopped 
2. 1/2 bundle Italian parsley chopped 
3. 1/2-1/3 olive oil 
4. 12 oz spaghetti 

Shrimp seasoning 
1. 16 oz extra large shrimp 
2. 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper 
3. 1 teaspoon chili flakes , paprika and olive oil 

1. Chop garlic and parsley 
2. Boil pasta in salted water and cook al dente . One minute shy of fully cooked as you will cook with the shrimp. 
3. Reserve 1/2 cup to 1 cup pasta water for the sauce. 
4. In pan add oil and sauté garlic ( don't burn the garlic) . 
5. Add chili flakes cook 20-30 seconds . 
6. Add shrimp and spread out . Cook undisturbed for one minute on each side . Don't overcook or the shrimp will become rubbery.
