But how cute are they?!! 🥹🥹 Little Rudolph’s 😍😍 My favourite biscuit recipe that never lets me down 👇🏻 *Makes 12 biscuit sandwiches 200g softened butter 200g golden caster sugar 1 British lion egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 400g plain flour Biscoff spread Chocolate pen Icing eyes Smarties Mix the butter,sugar,egg & vanilla extract in a bowl. Slowly add in the flour to make dough. Roll out and cut 24 biscuits out. Cut a circle into half with a smaller circle cutter Pop into the oven for 10-12 mins at 180. Let cool and then spread the Biscoff spread onto the full biscuit and place the one with the circle cut out on top.
