Please note that lace fabrics or trims cut specifically for your order cannot be exchanged. We will only accept returns of appliqués that are not custom made. If there is a problem with your item due to an error on our part, we will refund the purchase price or resend it. Your order will be deemed accepted if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt. For larger orders, we recommend requesting a sample first. Samples can only be cut from lace by the metre, not from appliqué or exclusive beaded lace. We ship by local post with trackable tracking (5-10 working days to Europe and the UK, 8-15 working days to the USA and 17-25 working days worldwide). All orders include a tracking number. If a parcel is returned uncollected, we cannot cancel the order and additional return and shipping charges will apply.
