Matte satin finish, long drop recycled Sterling silver earrings, hand-forged from a length of solid silver eco wire. The satin finish gives them a very modern look. They are made using a traditional method called planishing which flattens and smooths out the silver, before the Satin finish. This process also hardens the silver, making them tough but also lightweight and comfortable to wear. 4 or 5 cm long Silver width 0.9mm (US 19 Gauge) Each pair of earrings are handmade in the UK using traditional Silversmithing techniques and are completely unique. Eco silver is made of 100% recycled and scrap silver products, Using scrap jewellery, medical equipment, electronics and giftware.
