This vest dates to the 1900s, where it probably would have been daily wear for a gentleman. I love the textured buttons. This vest has four pockets! Truly gorgeous and sturdy - the construction on this vest is absolutely beautiful. A truly wonderful vest for wear, and it could also work wonderfully for study or as decor! MEASUREMENTS : This textile measures approximately : Length : 21 inches Chest: 36 inches around Waist: 33 inches Shoulders across the back : 12.5 inches CONDITION : This vest is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. This vest is in lovely condition indeed! I see some stains and marks on the inner lining of this vest, and some tiny holes in the wool layer of the vest. Still in very sturdy condition for wear! Otherwise, lovely condition indeed, with signs of time and use often inherent in these wonderful textiles! (E vest 82W) 04/26/21
