Who doesn't like the crispy part of lasagna? It is my absolute favorite and I think I have perfected it with the chic pan lasagna. Combine ricotta with sauteed spinach, red pepper flakes and garlic. Next, cook spicy Italian sausage and onion. Then combine with marinara sauce. How cute these are? They're basically cut up lasagna sheets. Add the sauce in with the tacole pasta and then mix with mozzarella and parm. Now take a moment to bask in this cheesy perfection. Spread it out on a baking sheet and this is the best part. There's no layering required. Yes. This is a crispy lasagna club only. Dollop the ricotta mixture on top and more cheese of course. And drum roll please. Does that not look insane? I mean it looks pretty dang good. I just want a picture of me in lasagna.
