Combine the raw cake ingredients in a food processor until it sticks together 2. Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate while you make the glaze. 3. Place all the glaze ingredients into a blender and combine until the mixture is smooth. 4. Coat the truffles with the glaze and place them back on the baking sheet. 5. Garnish with lemon zest. 6.
