⚠️If you’ve had a hard time feeling your triceps doing this exercise, or even feeling discomfort in your elbow or shoulder. Do them with DBs instead.

❗️It’s important to start the movement with you shoulders in somewhat of a flexed position, this will allow you to actually get the set up dialed in and have continuous tension of those triceps rather than it stacking on your joints.
