But yall I’m working on my triceps because I don’t wanna look like aunt Sherly no more.

My biceps and big but my bat wings are flappy.

If you’re having the same problem do this tricep  exercise.

This arm exercise has been feeling the BURN.

 I get a lot of compliments on my body now & I love it !!! 

I Slimmed down my back rolls and snatched my waist more by hitting back and arms ! 

BUT B4 ALL THE COMPLIMENTS, IT WAS THE ONE THING THAT MADE ANYBODY NOTICE MY WEIGHT GAIN….

MY ARMS ARE MY BIGGEST INSECURITY!! When I gain a lot weight I gain it all over but the way my arms get so big is sooo annoying and noticeable! 

I instantly had to make a change ! I always thought working out ya arms and back would give you that big body builder look so I ran from weights ! I never wanted my arms to be any bigger than they were!!

BUT BOY WAS I WRONG ! GAINING MUSCLE AND LOOSING FAT IS WHATS IMPORTANT! And TRUST ME NOBODY WANTS GIGGLING ARMS! 

IM SLOWLY BUT SURELY LOOSING THE GIGGLE AND ITS R Back Rolls, Gaining Muscle, Slowly But Surely, Body Builder, Make A Change, Gain Muscle, How To Slim Down, Baby Hair, Weight Gain
