Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
