Super Mama on Instagram: "Super Easy Lunch for your baby!  Ingredients: 🥕1 medium carrot 🍣 35g (1 oz) salmon* (boneless and skinless) 🍚 2 tbsp rice  💦150-200 ml water  Method: Peel and dice a carrot. Add to a cooking pot together with 35g diced salmon and 2 tbsp rinsed rice. Cover with 150ml water and cook on low heat until thoroughly cooked.  Mash with the fork (if you want some texture for your baby- my baby is 8 months) or blend with immersion blender (6-7 months baby). Add 1-2 tsp water or milk to adjust the texture if needed.  *🐟 Salmon is an allergen, so start with 1-2 tablespoons and wait few hours to see if baby has any reaction.   ** 👆Do not wait long to introduce fish to your baby.
