Janusz szpyt (born in 1960) studied at the academy of fine arts in cracow in the atellier of professor j. Duda-gracz, and then at the department of painting at the academy of fine arts in cracow, in the atellier of professor w. Buczek. In 1983 he created the group of three with piotr naliwajko and leszek żegalski also known as "tercet nadęty". The leitmotiv of the group was the search of the creative truth residing in the painter`s master ability. The group organised numerous exhibitions in poland and other countries, many times provoking and triggering a suprise. Now artists work individually. Janusz szpyt is cooperating with gallery of katarzyna napiórkowska.
