The core is a magical thing that translates to everything that you do and if you don’t pay attention to it, you will pay a price at some point.

There’s a difference between having core stability strength & having ABS.

You can get abs just by restricting your calories and decreasing your body fat.

But just because you have abs that doesn’t mean that you’re going to inherently have core strength.

Core strength is what you need for day to day functions and also to decrease your back pain!

The best way to strengthen your core is through your free weighted compound exercises that mimics the7 primal movement patterns that our bodies go through daily.

7 Primal movement patterns:
- Squat
- Lunge
- Push
- Pull
- Hinge
- Rotate
- Gait
