-Be sure to train arms 2-3 times a week for muscle growth . 

-Incorporate a mix of training isolated and compound exercises to target different muscles effectively. 

-Incorporate a mix of compound 
and isolation exercises to target the different muscles in your arms effectively

-Ensure adequate protein intake (around 1 gram per pound of body weight

-Keep a log of your workouts( be sure to follow a program as opposed to random exercises )  to monitor progress and ensure you’re progressively overloading.
