It’s the same fritter we love, just demure and cutesy. You can get creative with these and add shrimp or lobster instead of saltfish. Just make sure you season these well. What’s in here? 1 plum tomato (no seeds) 2 green onions 2 tbsps fresh thyme leaves 1 scotch bonnet pepper (no seeds) 1 tsp freshly cracked pepper 1 tsp dry jerk seasoning or all purpose seasoning 2 cups flour 2 tsps baking powder 3/4 cups water Remember to finely dice everything for these. It seriously has all of my favorites in it, so how could it not be an absolute winner? Shrimp, lump crab, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and BUTTER. You guys, this is definitely one you want to save and share. Ingredients Perfection Deli French Rolls @auntmilliesbread 8oz Lump Crab (I didn’t use Kani, but you can if you like to) 6oz Shrimp 60-80 count 2Tbs Cajun Seasoning 1/2tsp of Seafood Seasoning 8oz Cream Cheese (room temperature) 4Tbs Butter 8oz Parmesan Cheese or more 1/4C Red Pepper diced small Parsley and smoked paprika for garnishment if desired. Method Preheat oven to 400° In a skillet on medium heat, melt the butter and cook shrimp for 2 or 3 minutes the then remove from the skillet. Add the cream cheese, crab and red peppers, cooking on low for about 2 minutes. Fold with a spatula to avoid breaking crab lumps. Once mixed, add seasonings, and cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Turn the flame off Fold the shrimp in and set aside. Split the French Bread in half and slather the seafood mixture on top.
