3.2M views · 509K reactions | I used a recipe online by chef/restaurant owner Andres Galindo (https://www.vice.com/en/article/pkpav9/easy-quesabirria-recipe) but did it a little differently. - 5lbs of brisket, cut into chunks and seasoned with salt Boil in a pot of water below ingredients: - 10 guajillo chiles, stemmed - 4 chile morita, stemmed - 1 roma tomato - 6 garlic cloves - 1 medium onion I skipped on the ancho chiles because I didn‘t want to add too much smokiness to it and wanted the guajillo chile flavor to stand out the most. After 5-10 mins when the chiles get soft, strain it and blend together with below ingredients. Make sure you save the water. - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tbsp salt - 2 tsp oregano - 5 whole cloves - 1 bay leaf - 2 tsp black pepper Then in a pot add 1 cup of vegetable oil and add the chile paste from above. Add the brisket meat. Then add the chile water from before enough to cover all the meats. If you need more water, use beef/chicken stock or water. Boil for 3-4 hours until meat is fork tender. For the cheese I used a mozzarella & provolone blend which had a sharper taste and I think that did well for the quesabirria. Birria is traditionally made with chuck roll but I've had better results using top round and brisket. The tough nonfatty areas of a top round or brisket gave it this iron taste which complimented the cheese and birria juices really well. | Daniel & Eunice

Well, now come with me. For starters, let's add 800 grams of condensed milk, 400 grams of heavy cream, 150 milliliters of lemon juice, and we'll just blend it for a few minutes. Guys, this is the easiest dessert I have ever done. You have no idea how delicious it is. Now let's pour it on another recipient and check out how creamy this is. The lemon provides all the texture. It's incredible. Now let's take it to the fridge for 2 hours. Meanwhile let's melt 200 grams of chocolate. Let's put it in the microwave in 30 second intervals until it melts completely. It will look like this. Next, we'll add 200 grams of heavy cream, and we'll just mix it until it turns into a beautiful ganache. It will look like this guys. Check this out. Then, we'll pour our ganache over our lemon mix and look at that. Tell me, isn't this mouth watering? This dessert is not only easy to make, it's also super delicious. We'll just spread the chocolate with the spoon and try it guys because I'm sure you're going to love this. Now, let's take it to the fridge for two more hours and look at the results. It's super pretty and tasty. Try it, then, let me know what you think. I really hope you like this one. Lots of love and see you next time.

2.3M views · 33K reactions | This Will Be Your Favorite Sweet Snack After You Try it! 😎 | This Will Be Your Favorite Sweet Snack After You Try it! 😎 | By Brain Food | Day, you're in for a treat. This is one of my favorite desserts that everyone wants me to make them. So, we start off with about eight ounces of pecans. You can use a nut you want and then you just kind of crush it up with your hands. Then, we're going to take two things of condensed milk. Yes, condensed milk and we just get it all over the pecans like we're doing right here. Get it all out, squeeze it, or if you have a can, just dump it in. We're going to take about a half a cup of shaved coconut flakes. You can use sweetened or unsweetened. It just depends on what you prefer. We use sweetened recipe then we're going to go ahead and mix it up like this just kind of fold it in kind of you know you don't want to destroy and crush the the pecans anymore than we already have so now what we're going to do is we're going to just keep mixing it and we're going to we're going to take about a cup of this is powdered milk I know it sounds kind of gross but trust me this is you have to use it it it it'll taste fine so we take the powdered milk and we kind of mix it in it's going to be messy so just be aware so we mix it like this we mix it we mix it and it's going to start looking kind of like like cookie dough really and that's the consistency we're kind of going for and this is when it really starts to get hard to mix up so you you should probably have a pretty good form strength at this point and then we're going to go ahead and transfer it into a non-stick pan and right now the heat is not on so be aware of that so we're going to go ahead and take a half a stick of butter cut it in half so a fourth of stick on each side and then we're going to turn the heat on now we're just going to kind of go ahead and just mix this up and kind of let it cook down which if you didn't know that condensed milk if you cook it by itself you can actually make caramel fun fact for you so that's kind of what we're doing here is we're we're kind of getting to this consistency and as you can see it does not stick to the pan at all so don't have to worry about about that as long as you use a non-stick pan we don't have to use any spray in it either so once it gets to look like this and kind of is is moved around like in a 11 solid state that's about when we're ready for the next step of the recipe which is going to be put more powdered milk into some sort of pyrex dish like this and we're going to totally cook bottom but this is going to do is going to help the mixture we just made release from the pan when we go to the final step of the recipe so go ahead and really really be generous with the powdered milk down here and then we're going to kind of smooth it out get it to all four corners like so and then we're going to kind of just ice cream scoop this in and evenly we don't want to have one giant clump in the middle we want to be as as even as possible so that's what we're doing right now you don't have to use an ice cream scoop you can use you know a spoon but this is just a little bit easier because this is very sticky so it kind of helps release it from the from the spoon without getting your hands dirty we're going to kind of kind of level out a little bit more with the spatula and then we're going to go in with the secret weapon which is the the saran wrap and then we're going to smoosh it down with your hands and again this is going to be a little warm so you should let it set to the side for about 15 minutes before you even did this step now we're going to do is put it in the fridge for about 15, 20 minutes and we're going to put some more powder milk onto a cutting surface and we're going to make it about the same size as the as the Pyrex dish and then we dump it out as you see the powdered milk on the top where on the bottom of the bowl really just let it fall right out and then we're going to kind of go ahead and put powdered milk around the edges so there's no sticky parts that's we're going to do and take the excess off the top and then we're just going to cut it up into little squares and it is ready to eat I know you're thinking that's it yes that's it and trust me this is going to be one of the best desserts you've ever had in your entire life I was very skeptical the first time I made it but trust me this is one of my go to's you have to try the here we go. Okay, here we go. So, very easy to make and man, Dusty, they're so good. Oh my god. You have to try this recipe. Super easy. You can use any nut you want in there. You don't have to use pecans. Oh my god but I'm about to eat the rest of this so you know what to do.
