Owner Built Steel Frame Grand Design - Boxspan Steel Frame House & Granny Flat

A one of a kind, owner built 600 sqare metre residence and 120 square metre granny flat in NSW, Australia. This grand design is being owner built using Spantec Boxspan steel beams for the floor frames, roof frames and deck frames. The project was designed, manufactured, cut to length and delivered by Spantec as a complete kit. All beams were pre-punched for easy bracket fixing and pre-printed with joist locations for easy construction. Just like a big Meccano set!
