The Volterra chandelier juxtaposes modern technology of LED light guide with a soft stone used throughout history. As a sculptor, designer Paul Marr Hilliard is attracted to natural materials. "Soft, subdued light with the translucent alabaster creates a warm glow. It's a beautiful stone to work with."
