(OPEN RP, guy please) I climb to the roof, going over my plan. I had just developed it and, at the moment, it was only a glow in my head. The busy street below glowed and buzzed with cars and passersby. I wedge myself uncomfortably through the window and sit onto the ledge. I must've left my door open because he came through my room to the window. "I wouldn't do that if I were you. That's dangerous."

I stand shocked in the field watching my home burn in the distance. Tears are streaming down my face partially from smoke, but mostly from knowing I was the only one who escaped. The forest is in flame the heat reaching me. There is no where for me to go. A hand clamps over my mouth. My eyes widen in fear. "Shhh" a male voice says.
