These are spiced open meat pies cooked on flat bread, a popular dish throughout the Levantine, occasionally topped with fresh vegetables & sumac onions with a squeeze of lemon, SO good!! These were so theraputic to make I could do it all day 😍 here’s the full recipe! If you can’t be bothered making the flatbreads like I did you can easily make the meat mixture & spread it on pita of your choice for a quick lunch/dinner idea!  Sfiha / Lahmacun  Dough:  4 cups plain flour  1/2 cup yoghurt 1/4 cup oil flavourless oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon dried yeast  1 teaspoon sugar  1 cup warm water  Meat mixture:  1/2 kilo lean beef mince @akarmeats  4 tomatoes  3 onions large  Handful fresh parsley  1/2 small gr Sumac Onions, Meat Pies, Phyllo Dough, Flat Bread, Lean Beef, Quick Lunch, Meat Pie, After All These Years, Quick Lunches
